Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27AP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,077 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27AP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Positive regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with RPS27AP9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27AP9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27AP9 results are reported.
