RPS27AP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,621 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS27AP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27AP5, RPL10AP2, and RPS3AP21. Each is linked with RPS27AP2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27AP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS27AP2 versus RPS27AP5 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
