Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,684 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27AP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP4, MTA1_S522, and SF3B6. Each is linked with RPS27AP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27AP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27AP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS27AP2 versus UTP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
