Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS27AP16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS27AP16 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RPS27AP16 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS27AP16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

KIRP, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS27AP16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
