The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RPS27A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS27A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, HNSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RPS27A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
