Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMSS1, DNTTIP2, and MAK16. Each is linked with RPS27A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS27A versus CMSS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
