Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS27A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,507 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, Formation of translation preinitiation complex, and Pentose-phosphate shunt, non-oxidative branch. Each is linked with RPS27A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27A results are reported.
