Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS27A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 544 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMD3, EIF1B, and DMAC2. Each is linked with RPS27A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS27A versus NMD3 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
