Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,690 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, CTSA, and PRCC. Each is linked with RPS27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS27 versus PARP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
