Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,604 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF2, CALCOCO1, and RAI2. Each is linked with RPS27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS27 versus KLF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
