Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,813 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Cytosol to endoplasmic reticulum transport, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with RPS27 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27 results are reported.
