Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P57 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,641 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P57-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic, 3'-5', and mRNA 3'-splice site recognition. Each is linked with RPS26P57 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P57-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P57 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by RPS26P57-low versus RPS26P57-high in ESCA.
