Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS26P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS26P5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPS26P5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS26P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and SKCM are the cancer types where RPS26P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
