Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,983 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P45-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-splice site recognition, Mitotic intra-S DNA damage checkpoint signaling, and rRNA base methylation. Each is linked with RPS26P45 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P45-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA 3'-splice site recognition grouped by RPS26P45-low versus RPS26P45-high in ESCA.
