Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,422 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of ncRNA transcription, snRNA metabolic process, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with RPS26P42 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P42-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
