Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPS26P18 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPS26P18 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPS26P18 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RPS26P18 RNA expression shows 9,386 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight MESO, KIRC, and GBM as cancer lineages where RPS26P18 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
