Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,455 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4B_S359, MAGI3_S699, and CAMK4. Each is linked with RPS26P15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P15-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
