Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS25P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS25P9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RPS25P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS25P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and MESO show a favorable association.
CHOL, DLBC, and LGG are the cancer types where RPS25P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
