RPS25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,109 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL5, RNF214, and RRBP1. Each is linked with RPS25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS25-to-partner and partner-to-RPS25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS25 versus CUL5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
