Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,682 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC1, LYVE1, and N4BP2L1. Each is linked with RPS25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS25-to-partner and partner-to-RPS25 results are reported.
