Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL30P13, LINC02530, and LINC01049. Each is linked with RPS25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS25-to-partner and partner-to-RPS25 results are reported.
