Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS25 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem and Memory B-cells. Each is linked with RPS25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS25-to-partner and partner-to-RPS25 results are reported.
