Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS24P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,669 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS24P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosome assembly, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPS24P7 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS24P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS24P7 results are reported.
