Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS24P18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS24P18 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPS24P18 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS24P18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and MESO show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and STAD are the cancer types where RPS24P18 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
