Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,018 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP46, MIR7845, and ADM. Each is linked with RPS24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS24-to-partner and partner-to-RPS24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP46 grouped by RPS24-low versus RPS24-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
