Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS24-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with RPS24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS24-to-partner and partner-to-RPS24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by RPS24-low versus RPS24-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
