RPS24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,728 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3A, RPL7A, and RPL26. Each is linked with RPS24 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS24-to-partner and partner-to-RPS24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS24 versus RPS3A in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
