Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS23P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS23P5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RPS23P5 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS23P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and LUSC show a favorable association.
UVM, CHOL, and CESC are the cancer types where RPS23P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
