RPS23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,169 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM172A, MTX3, and SKIV2L. Each is linked with RPS23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS23-to-partner and partner-to-RPS23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
