Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,265 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS21-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL5, RNF175, and DENND5A. Each is linked with RPS21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS21-to-partner and partner-to-RPS21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS21 versus FBXL5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
