RPS21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS21-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2P1P, CTHRC1P1, and RN7SL726P. Each is linked with RPS21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS21-to-partner and partner-to-RPS21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2P1P grouped by RPS21-low versus RPS21-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
