Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,196 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Endosomal transport, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with RPS21 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS21-to-partner and partner-to-RPS21 results are reported.
