RPS20P33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS20P33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,773 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS20P33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, MTA1, and PACS2. Each is linked with RPS20P33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS20P33-to-partner and partner-to-RPS20P33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS20P33 versus BAG5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS20P33→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS20P33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
