Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS20P31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,752 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS20P31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus. Each is linked with RPS20P31 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS20P31-to-partner and partner-to-RPS20P31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by RPS20P31-low versus RPS20P31-high in STAD.
