Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,359 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB43, MRTO4, and NPM1. Each is linked with RPS20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS20-to-partner and partner-to-RPS20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS20 versus RAB43 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
