Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS20-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTG3P1, SPANXA2, and TRGJP2. Each is linked with RPS20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS20-to-partner and partner-to-RPS20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTG3P1 grouped by RPS20-low versus RPS20-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
