Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,161 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Cytosolic transport, and Regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with RPS20 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS20-to-partner and partner-to-RPS20 results are reported.
