RPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,673 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, MTREX, and NOLC1_S538. Each is linked with RPS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS2 versus PUS7 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
