Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 848 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MELK, MYEOV, and CAPZB. Each is linked with RPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2 results are reported.
