Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Ku80, and p27. Each is linked with RPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2 results are reported.
