Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,178 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into mitochondrial intermembrane space, Mitochondrial disulfide relay system, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with RPS2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2 results are reported.
