Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS19P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,869 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS19P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, and Iron-sulfur cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPS19P7 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS19P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS19P7 results are reported.
