Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS19 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPS19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and LGG are the cancer types where RPS19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
