Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,869 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, JAM2, and LMOD1. Each is linked with RPS19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS19-to-partner and partner-to-RPS19 results are reported.
