Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 37,529 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS2, RPS28, and RPL11. Each is linked with RPS19 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS19-to-partner and partner-to-RPS19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS19 versus RPS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
