RPS19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, MIR6761, and LINC01338. Each is linked with RPS19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS19-to-partner and partner-to-RPS19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3JP1 grouped by RPS19-low versus RPS19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
