The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPS18P6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS18P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SKCM are the cancer types where RPS18P6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
