RPS18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,273 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, MTREX, and CTR9. Each is linked with RPS18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS18 versus PUS7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
