Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,381 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP4, LINC01506, and SERINC1. Each is linked with RPS18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18 results are reported.
