Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RNA5SP303, and RNA5SP416. Each is linked with RPS18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by RPS18-low versus RPS18-high in UCEC.
